How to care for the sensory play jar: Remove all contents and liquid after use. Hand wash only with soap and water. Keep the battery compartment dry and do not submerge your jar in water. To turn the jar OFF, simply turn it over and rest it upside down. This disables the liquid activation technology, extending your batteries' life.
IMPORTANT: 3 AAA batteries are required to operate the jug. To install the batteries, remove the bottom battery compartment with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not use a screwdriver of any other size.
